Changes to the Mercedes 2024 GLC Coupe
The exterior of the 2024 GLC Coupe will be somewhat sleeker than its 2023 counterpart, with sloping edges designed to enhance both aesthetics and aerodynamics. The vehicle is longer and wider: 1.2” from front to end, and 0.9” wider on the rear track. The result is another cubic inch of cargo space, enhancing the SUV-like quality of this coupe.
The most obvious differences on the exterior are, perhaps, the restyled headlamps and tail lights. The subtle angle downward along the housing is surprisingly impactful, giving the car a more muscular look without being overly aggressive.
The interior of the all new 2024 GLC coupe is where more drastic changes can be appreciated. At 11.9”, the central touch screen is larger by an inch and portrait-oriented and angled toward the driver. All door panels now include a floating instrument cluster that allows driver and passengers to adjust seat position and handles.

You may have heard the Mercedes GLC Coupe referred to as an “SUV coupe.” The description is apt, since the vehicle deftly combines SUV driving capabilities and the zippiness of a coupe. The vehicle is designed to function equally well on diverse terrain, with enhanced traction, independent suspension, and all wheel drive. Meanwhile, the sleek, 4-door design and low-to-the-ground body convey the elegance of a luxurious town car.
Specs for the 2024 Mercedes GLC Coupe
The new Mercedes Benz SUV coupe will maintain much of the 2023 model’s stats, including a 2.0L four cylinder engine that puts out 255 hp and attains 295 lb-ft of torque. The car will also make use of a 48 volt hybrid system, enhancing fuel economy and efficiency.
Unlike the GLC SUV, which offers a rear-wheel drive option, the 2024 GLC Coupe will only be available in the brand’s all-wheel 4MATIC option.
How Much Will the 2024 GLC Coupe Cost?
Mercedes has not yet released an estimated cost for the 2024 GLC Coupe. However, the upgrades in technology alone mean it will likely be at least a few thousand higher than the 2023 version. Inflation may further impact MSRP for the GLC Coupe. The 2023 GLC 300 4MATIC Coupe starts at $55,850. A fair estimate for the starting price of the 2024 model would be somewhere between $60,000 and $68,000; but again, final pricing will depend on several factors.
