Mercedes me connect is a mobile app that is available on Android and iOS devices. It allows users to perform a variety of remote functions in one place. It is part of the Mercedes mBrace Connect package, introduced in 2016. All new vehicles come standard with a free five-year subscription to the base Connect plan.

Remote Locks
The peace of mind offered in this feature alone makes the Mercedes me connect app well worth a download. Mercedes me connect allows you to lock and unlock your vehicle from almost anywhere. Simply check the lock status of your car, and press the blue “lock” or “unlock” button accordingly.
Remote Start
For 2019 or newer vehicles, the Mercedes me app allows you to start your vehicle’s engine remotely. You can also adjust the temperature within the cabin to a previous climate control setting, so your car is comfortable and ready to go.
Locate Your Vehicle
You can easily track your vehicle from the Mercedes me connect app, which will show you your car’s precise location on a map. Whether you are wondering where a loved one is or you simply forgot where you parked your car, the Mercedes me GPS tracking can be an invaluable tool.
Check Your Vehicle’s Stats
Your Mercedes me connect app will provide up to the minute details about your vehicle’s tire pressure, fuel/battery levels, mileage, fluids, fuel economy, and more so you stay well informed of your car’s needs. The app will also use this data to remind you of any upcoming services your car may require.
Pre-Program GPS
You can send an address to your Mercedes’ navigation system remotely from the Mercedes me connect app. The destination will be automatically programmed when you start the vehicle, and you can save the new address should you need it again.

You can access additional, on-demand Mercedes me services via the Mercedes me connect online store. These include enhanced tracking and navigation services, and a dashcam that lets you film parts of your journey.
How Do You Get Mercedes me connect?
To download the Mercedes me connect app, visit the app store on your Apple or Android device. Once the app is downloaded, you will be prompted to scan a QR code, which can be found in the vehicle’s multimedia system. Alternatively, you can enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in the provided field. Once you have entered this information,you will be prompted to “pair” your vehicle. When the pairing is successful, you will have access to all of the above features of the app.
