Service Loaners
As a benefit to Mercedes-Benz of Littleton clients, the Service and Parts departments is pleased to announce Mercedes-Benz loaner cars for any client who has purchased their Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz of Littleton. We will attempt to provide a loaner/rental car for each of our service clients when scheduling an appointment that cannot be performed in two hours or less.
We also offer a shuttle service that can drop you off at your home or work, and pick you up when service has been completed on your vehicle. For those who choose to wait, relax in our comfortable lounge. Rental cars are also available at a nominal daily rate. Please see or contact a Mercedes-Benz of Littleton service representative.
Loaner Car Policies
We invite you to bring your vehicle to us, not just after a collision, but anytime your vehicle needs attention. Our primary focus is your safety and committment to your investment.
Our goal is to repair your vehicle according to the manufacturer's specifications. Mercedes-Benz of Littleton is committed to the highest quality auto body repairs and standards of customer service. Our annual Customer Satisfaction Index is over 96%.
We are committed to the environment, proactively making our facility and all of its by-products green and safe by using the same waterborne paints as used by the manufacturers.
- So that we can better serve each of our clients needs, we require the loaner cars to be returned within four business hours of notification that your vehicles service is completed. Clients who do not return vehicles within four business hours will be assessed a $100 per-day late fee.
- Maintain a daily mileage allowance of 100 miles per day. In addition, please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it contained when you received it.
- Please refrain from smoking, eating, drinking or allowing pets in the vehicle. Client will be charged for any damages to the vehicle.
- Please present a valid drivers license, proof of insurance and a major credit card to be eligible for a loaner/rental vehicle.
- Please be courteous when using our loaner cars. Drive safely and responsibly.
