Very good service when check engine light came on our ‘26 Sprinter. Handled sensor replacement under warranty and valeted the van back to us.

They had my windshield in stock. Got a quick appointment. Very professional and quality service. Accommodated our schedule
First time coming here and it was great. Quick and friendly service, getting a loaner was also super easy compared to other shops I’ve been to. Communication about my car and service was responsive which I very much appreciated. They were also very kind for price matching a deal I had gotten at Mercedes Denver for the same service. Will definitely be coming back here for my next service.

Van had significant amount of water spilled inside of it when I picked it up which was extremely concerning. I had to take all the rugs out of the camper van portion to let them dry when I got home. Lights inside the van in the back were on which makes me think someone was playing with the camper features. Service was extremely overpriced. All of this combined will make me look for somewhere else to service the van in the future that will take better care of it and be a lot more affordable

Everyone went out of their way to help me in an unusual situation of having my vehicle break down with difficult to diagnose issues while I was across the country from where I live and had eight dogs with me. The dogs and I were able to head home in a new Sprinter.

Mercedes-Benz of Littleton has struggled to provide the level of service we expected. For example, during our warranty period, one part was not functioning correctly, and our car spent approximately 2 1/2 months at their facility repeatedly over several months. Additionally, we were quoted one price for a service, and were charged significantly more with no extra services or parts. When we presented our case, they did not honor the lower price and instead charged us approximately $200 more.
Jolene did a great job getting us in for service on our new Mercedes. All work was done ahead of schedule and I was kept updated on its progress.

After talking with the scheduling department they told me they the technicians should be able to complete my software update that my vehicle needed. I made an appointment Dropped the vehicle off was told it would take about 3ish hours or so, and it was completely done in about 2 1/2. Great job.

On a cross country trip to our kiddo’s wedding, we got a “brakes need service” warning on our Sprinter campervan. MB of Littleton, and our service manager Ernesto in particular, saved our bacon and got us to the wedding. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

The Sprinter service is great. They worked my van into their schedule and had my work done sooner than I anticipated. Knowledgable folks who are customer oriented.
Horrible communication. Something so easy became hard and I was lied to many times. Has to take the car elsewhere to get completed what Mercedes should have completed.

Service was great, but the prices are crazy for what was actually done. It was essentially a glorified oil change and filters for $1400. They also then told me I really should get a transmission service for an additional $1500 and new spark plugs for $900. Seems very expensive so I passed on the last 2 items. Everyone is wonderful there though and very helpful. I know they don’t control the prices and want to be sure they get credit for their amazing service!!
Austin and the team were really great to work with. They booked my appointment according to my schedule needs. Gave me a car to drive while they worked on my car. They kept me updated throughout the process. This is by far the best Customer Service I’ve had at a dealership in a long time!

The service representative was rude and did not seem to know the process. I was charged more than the estimate, and there appears to be extra work done that I did not approve in advance.
The started a service that comes to your home for yearly checkups. It is very convenient and you can be productive at home . I did the A service and they sent out a discount for $150. Only disadvantage is you don’t get a car wash.
I got my car serviced with Austin and he was professional, had good communication and accommodated my need for a bigger vehicle loaner due to work. I’m also grateful they choose not to charge customers 3% to use a credit card.

We were camping in our sprinter at Golden Gate Canyon and apparently left something on that drained our battery. One phone call to Mercedes resulted in a tow back to Littleton with our dog on our lap. I gave Ernesto a detailed heads up and alerted him to our arrival. He put us in the queue and ordered an uber to get us home. Our technician John ran diagnostics and charged our battery.

The Dealership gave me an estimate for 2 days for the repair. Due to being short-staffed, I let them know that that would not work for me. I really needed it back by the following morning and they made that happen.
