As a MB enthusiast/nerd, I expect good service but not deep knowledge of the vehicles from the MB sales consultants. Bill Shafi was not just extremely helpful, but very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we looked at (EV and ICE). Even after the sale, Bill was very helpful with the follow up detailing service for the EQS we bought. We have bought from MB of Denver and Littleton, both are outstanding dealers, but we will certainly seek out Bill for our next one.

We did a schedule B plus a brake system flush on our 2017 Sprinter 3500 based RV. As in previous visits to MB of Littleton, they took good care of the RV and provided a report of brake pad width/condition and tire tread depth/condition. This report also confirmed the condition of many other key componets which provides us the ability to conduct our travels in confidence. Costs, scope of work, and delivery were explained up front and all expectations were met.
We had some scuffs on our wheels and Mike James in service organized everything for us and everything looks great wheels look like they’re brand new.special Thanks to Mike for all his help. I have owned many different Mercedes-Benz over my lifetime. I’ve been to all the dealerships in Denver and in my opinion this is the very best one.

Having just bought our car less than a week ago this was our first visit to the service department. Austin, our service advisor Went above and beyond he was kind knowledgeable and very helpful!
This dealership service bays are across the back street, of the address, for sales. We were helped immediately at parking, guided to the service rep who checked us in , given an estimate for the recall-service being done, waited in-house, enjoyed in-house courtesy coffee on a snowy morning and he provided our keys when the service was completed. Received an email containing the details of our recall-service, and in addition a mini-assessment report of items our Sprinter should address, which were none.
Austin goes above and beyond year over year. Why doesn’t sir have his 1 year Mercedes recognition?! Austin took the time to help me complete what was feasible at this time along with a plan of action to keep me safe and charged up in the lanes. If any leadership see this review. I highly encourage Austin for a compensation boost.

An excellent car buying experience. Shout out to Jacob Wilson my sales consultant. The process was painless and accomplished via phone, text and email. I showed up at the dealership signed the papers and drove off with a new car. It was probably 30 minutes in the dealership start to finish.

Had some error messages and car wouldn't start. Used the Mercedes Me button and was treated well and.a tow truck sent. While waiting decided to try again and car restarted, so canceled tow. Dealer was only 3 blocks away so I gingerly drove over there and walked in with no appointment. They took me in, said they would look at it the next day. They squeezed me in (seemed pretty busy) late the next day and determined it was a software update and performed that service under warranty. Picked it up the day after, back in good shape.
