We were out of state traveling in our Sprinter camper. Van lost all power right before the 4th of July weekend. We arrived 7am and Aaron got us back on the road by noon. Despite being completely booked out he made it happen for us. That’s Mercedes Service!!

As always the work done was top quality but I was disappointed that when I made my appointment it was a week or so out, no problem but when I dropped my unit off they said it would be a week to a week and a half before they could look at it. My unit is a RV on a Sprinter body. I would hope that in the future they would begin work on my unit when I’m told to drop it off. I could have used the RV or kept it plugged in at my home

I was in the sales office to complete a lease buyout, and it was clear that my time wasn't valued; it felt disrespectful. I made an appointment that wasn't honored and the time required to complete the process was grossly misquoted. The team rallied when I returned later in the day, and got me through the process fairly quickly. They also apologized for the experience.

Passing through Colorado on vacation on a Saturday afternoon needing an A service and look at an inop 115V outlet. Haley was able to fit us in first thing Monday morning. Mike greeted us upon arrival and took great care of us checking up on us and making sure we were comfortable while waiting. Jason made short work of the servicing, reset the 115V outlet complete with an amazing video walking us through the entire inspection. In and out in just under 3 hours thanks to this great TEAM!

I had a vehicle that has some serious issues, at the time I felt angry and betrayed. However, this dealership took ownership of the issue and went above and beyond to make it right. Mark, Zander and the rest of the leadership team did an awesome job, completely restored my trust and turned a bad situation into a good one great job guys
