I had a great experience working with the service department to get three warranty issues fixed on our new GLE, one of which (a tailgate rattle) was the kind of repair some shops might balk at doing. But they did a fantastic job with it and showed great attention to detail and communicated with me through the whole thing.

My guy Joe is a pretty good dude who keeps you informed and abreast of what’s going on with the car.

- I liked Jordan, he was easy to work with...untili I asked him where my charging cables were, and he tried to tell me my EQE doesn't come with charging cables. I had to look it up on the Mercedes Benz website and show him charging cables came with all electric mercedes. If I hadn't caught the mistake and threatened to walk out, he would have sent me home with no way to charge my EQE. That is very uncool. Jordan is also a newer salesman, so perhaps he was just being instructed by his supervisor to not ...


Had a new battery installed and the technician said he had reprogrammed my settings. After getting home I found the top would not retract and my radio cid not work. The radio showed a setting that needed to be done. Also the clock had the wrong time.

Louie is responsive, honest and an exceptional consultant. He made sure we were happy with our purchase!

I brought my car in to have squeaky brakes looked at, after returning the car the brakes are still squeaking

Loaner car was not clean inside or out, and had no windshield wiper fluid. Mentioned this when I dropped off car. Car had 1/2 tank of gas, and I was asked to bring it back with same amount. Send cars out with a full tank of gas! Easier to refill.

The dealer is average at best. The sales person I worked with was nice, but the overall dealer experience was nothing special.

I spent a lot of time looking at new, loaner, used and other types of cars and Jacob was very supportive during all my time looking at a new car. Not pushy, just interested in what I wanted and what might work for me. The only thing I found a little disheartening was signing the lease papers as Wall Street was showing signs of a failure. That said, buying a new car was a great experience, other dealerships could learn a thing or two or three from this dealership

Purchased vehicle, they had to do one more final service. Picked up vehicle the next day. I did another walk around the vehicle after collecting and I discovered the spare tire, air tire kit, and Jack was missing. Asked sales and service manager where it was. They both claimed to have no idea on what happened to them. I had high hopes for them being my first purchase of a Benz SUV.
