I wanted to write a quick note to you to compliment your people. On New Year?s Eve we had a complete electric system failure on our new ML350. The engine was running but nothing else worked and the car could not be turned off. The roadside assistance folks immediately put Juan on the case. Juan was unbelievable. He not only made a trip out on New Year?s Eve to get the engine stopped, but came back the next day with a loaner and even made a third trip to assist the tow truck driver in loading the car. Matt, in service, also went above and beyond the call of duty. He not only found and repaired the problem right away, he drove it back to our house in Castle Pines and returned in the loaner car.
