As a benefit to Mercedes-Benz of Littleton clients, the Service and Parts departments are pleased to announce Mercedes-Benz loaner cars for any client who has purchased their Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz of Littleton .

Mercedes-Benz of Littleton makes every attempt to provide a loaner/rental car for each of our service clients when scheduling an appointment that cannot be performed in two hours or less.

We also offer a shuttle service that can drop you off at your home or work, and pick you up when your vehicle is completed. For those who chose to wait, relax in our comfortable lounge. Loaner Car Polices

We request that you please follow a few basic polices while driving your loaner car.

• So that we can better serve each of our clients? needs, we require the loaner cars to be returned within four business hours of notification that your vehicle?s service is completed. Clients who do not return vehicles within four business hours will be assessed a $100 per-day late fee.

• Maintain a daily mileage allowance of 100 miles per day. In addition, please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it contained when you received it.

• Please refrain from smoking, eating, drinking or allowing pets in the vehicle. Client will be charged for any damages to the vehicle.

• Please present a valid driver?s license, proof of insurance and a major credit card to be eligible for a loaner/rental vehicle.

• Please be courteous when using our loaner cars ? drive safely and responsibly.
