Rewarding Your Decision

The Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program is designed to meet the needs of corporate customers interested in purchasing or leasing Mercedes-Benz vehicles for inclusion in their corporate fleets.

If you have decided that your company will participate in the program, you first need to apply for a Corporate Account Number (CAN) from Mercedes-Benz. To qualify for a CAN, the following criteria must be met:

A company must have 15 or more vehicles (any make or model, owned or leased) currently registered in the company name. Registrations must be currently active.


Once approved, your company will receive a Corporate Account Number (CAN) allowing select employees to purchase vehicles through the program. Incentives are based on dollar amounts and paid from the first vehicle purchased after qualifying with MBUSA.

Becoming Eligible

To qualify for the program your company must first submit a completed Corporate Account Enrollment Form, along with the appropriate vehicle registrations, to Mercedes-Benz. Once approved, you´ll be provided with a Corporate Account Number (CAN) that is valid at all Mercedes-Benz Dealerships. Claiming Your Incentives

As of February 12, 2006, the fleet incentive must be deducted from the selling price. Deduction of fleet incentive must be reflected on the Buyer's Order.

How to Participate in the Fleet Program

Step 1 : Mercedes-Benz Fleet Program Corporate Account Number (CAN) qualification criteria.

In order to become a qualified fleet account, the company officer will need to provide proof via email to robertb@mboflittleton.com of the following:

• A company must have 15 or more vehicles (any make or model, owned or leased) currently registered in the company name.
  

Step 2 : Complete the application form.

The applicant needs to fill out the Corporate Account Enrollment Form in its entirety by clicking on the link below:

Step 3 : Applicant must submit completed application form and provide copies of registrations for approval.

Applicant needs to submit all requested information via email to robertb@mboflittleton.com

Step 4 : Receive approval.

Upon review and approval of applicant's application, Mercedes-Benz of Littleton will provide a response to the provided business email address or phone number (when the required information has bee received).

Step 5 : Purchase vehicle.

To redeem the incentive, the company representative should visit Mercedes-Benz of Littleton, select a vehicle, negotiate the best price, and then their fleet incentive will be deducted from that price.

Proof of employment (a copy of their employee ID) will also be required in order to verify that they are an employee of the company that holds the Mercedes-Benz Corporate Account Number.

If company representative is an executive, manager, or sales representative with an individual vehicle allowance, then they are eligible for additional features on fleet vehicles.

Executive Allowance Bonus (EAB) - first offered by Mercedes-Benz - is enhancement ti the Fleet Program. Available exclusively to executives, managers, and sales representatives with individual vehicle allowances, EAB provides significant incentives on eligible purchased or leased Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

The EAB enhancement is yet another reason for your company executive(s) to choose a Mercedes-Benz. Every Mercedes-Benz vehicle includes the following features:

• Four-year, 50,000 mile limited warranty period
