Eligibility for MBCPO Program

Vehicles up to 6 model years old with less than 75,000 total vehicle accumulated miles

MBCPO Reconditioning

Rigorous inspection and certification process
Inspections performed by factory-certified technicians
Vehicles ineligible foe the MBCPO Program:

- Vehicles with more than 75,000 total vehicle accumulated miles or more than 6 model years old

- Vehicles with Identifiable Structural Damage

- Vehicles that fail a Vehicle Master Inquiry internal MB system check
- Voided Warranty - Buybacks - Stolen vehicle

Base Limited Warranty

Warranty Start/End Dates

MBCPO vehicles sold with remaining New Vehicle Warranty: MBCPO Warranty starts when the New Vehicle Warranty ends (4 years or 50,000 total vehicle accumulated miles, whichever is first). The MBCPO Warranty ends 60 months from the original in-service date or at 100,000 total accumulated vehicle miles, whichever is first. Where New Vehicle Warranty remains, MBCPO starts at the end of the 48th month or at 50,000 total vehicle accumulated miles, whichever is first, and lasts through the end of the 60th month or at 100,000 total vehicle accumulated miles, whichever is first.
MBCPO vehicles sold without remaining New Vehicle Warranty: MBCPO Warranty starts on the MBCPO delivery date and last 12 months or up to 100,000 total vehicle accumulated miles, whichever is first.

- ETS, ASD, ASR, 4MATIC, ESP, and BAS
- Suspension, steeling, soft-top/retractable hardtop assembly, roll bar system, central locking system, climate control, cooling system, and fuel system

Extended Limited Warranties

MBCPO Extended Limited Warranties (MBCPO ELW) offers affordable additional coverage for 1 year/120,000 or 2 years/135,000 total vehicle accumulated miles
Zero Deductible
Transferable from customer to customer at no charge
Coverage identical to MBCPO Base Limited Warranty Coverage

Towing for the life of the MBCPO Base Limited Warranty and ELW (if any)
Trip interruption for the life of the MBCPO Base Limited Warranty and ELW (if any) - 3 days/up to $300 per day for warranty repairs that occur more than 100 miles from driver's place of residence and require the vehicle to remain overnight at an authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer
